Our volunteers are the backbone of FJA. Many of our most dedicated volunteers are fathers who have been through the process and want to help others.
Peer Support Mentor
4-6 hours/monthGuide fathers new to FJA, sharing your experience and providing emotional support.
Group Facilitator
2-3 hours/weekLead support group sessions, training provided. Ideal for those with counseling experience.
Event Coordinator
VariesHelp plan and execute fundraising events, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.
Administrative Support
2-4 hours/weekAssist with office tasks, phone calls, and helping fathers navigate our resources.
